Orders are processed Monday through Friday. We do not ship orders the same day. Please allow up to 2 business days for orders to process.
We DO NOT ship on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. Once your order is processed & shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with a tracking number. If you do not receive a tracking number, please let us know. You may also login to your Finesse Premium Hair website account to view your order details. We will notify you of product delays or back-ordered products and hold your order until all products are available.
If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the corresponding courier directly prior to contacting. Please allow 1-2 days for the tracking information to show. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time so we can assist you.

Finesse Premium Hair is closed for the Holidays, and does not mail any packages on Thanksgiving Eve, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July and Labor Day. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times. We entrust UPS to deliver your package on time. If your package is delayed we will not offer a reimbursement of shipping charges. If you need additional information, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We are not responsible for late shipments due to inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays.
If the product you ordered is not available, Finesse Premium Hair will contact you by email to determine if you are interested in a product substitution. If a substitution is not a viable option for you and you wish to cancel your order completely, we will issue your payment as a refund. If we do not receive a response within 3 business days, we will cancel your order and refund your payment method within a week of your order date. Please be sure to check your spam folders for any correspondence, or mark Finesse Premium Hair as an accepted sender.
United Stated Sales Taxes
Finesse Premium Hair charges state sales taxes on orders at the rate applicable for the county of the purchaser. These collected taxes are mandated by the local state government. Finesse Premium Hair does not benefit from this and directly pays this amount collected to the applicable state.
We Take Fraud Seriously
If you fraudulently attempt to use a credit card that belongs to somebody else, please be advised that your IP address will be logged, and you will be prosecuted to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Undeliverable packages, Incorrect Addresses, and Refused Deliveries
All hair orders are shipped with signature confirmation to ensure safe delivery - meaning someone must be there to sign for the package, and it must be the same address as your billing address. Carrier will attempt to obtain a signature at the time of delivery. Carrier will usually make several attempts to deliver your package. They may also leave a notice of their attempts to deliver at the delivery address and give you a telephone number to call for pick-up or to arrange an alternate delivery. It is the customer’s responsibility to arrange for package pick-up if necessary. No refunds will be issued for refused or abandoned shipments.
